Shot blasting and priming
Cleaning of surface from corrosion and cinder, primer painting before manufacturing is provided with shot blasting and painting line (Rösler Oberflächentechnik GmbH, Germany).
Prior to shot blasting and priming, details from plate and profile are preheated to avoid accumulation of moisture inside the shot blasting chamber and to speed up drying after priming. Shotblasted components are covered with epoxy and zinc-silicate primers.
After shot blasting, priming and drying, rolled metal is transported to the storage area of primed plate for intermediate warehousing.
Technical characteristics of shot blasting and priming line:
- Maximal plate width – 3 200 mm;
- Maximal plate thickness – 50 mm;
- Maximal plate/profile thickness – 16 000 mm;
