Gas and Plasma Cutting

We offer our clients services of linear and figured cutting of plate and profile, which are performed on up-to-date CNC-controlled equipment.

For gas cutting we use 3 machines Omnimat L5000 equipped with 3 torches that allow to make beveling of detail simultaneously with its cutting.

For plasma cutting we use two machines Omnimat L8000 equipped with water tables 8 000 х17000 mm — possiblity ro make simultaneous cutting of two identical details with plate width up to 4000 mm. This significantly reduces the time of the order processing.

In our Steel Service Center we can make cutting of heavy plate, stainless steel, structural steel, non-ferrous metals and aluminium.
We offer flexible approach and efficient flat work nesting witch satisfies all market requirement by quality, tolerance, reliability and cost effectiveness.

Combined gas and plasma cutting machine:

• Maximal plate thickness - 300 mm (gas);
• Maximal plate thickness – 32 mm (plasma);
• Maximal plate width - 8000 mm;
• Maximal plate length – 17000 mm;
• Cutting speed – 1,5 m/min. – 2,5 m/min.

Thermal cutting machine:

• Maximal plate thickness – 300 mm.
• Maximal plate width - 5000 mm.
• Maximal plate length – 13000 mm.
• Cutting speed – up to 0,4 m/min.
