Doorframes production for wind towers for SIEMENS

Specialists of company SIEMENS have successfully completed technical audit of the production process of doorframes for wind towers on the basis of the contract concluded with MADESTA AG.

Production process of welded frames is a complex technological cycle which includes gas cutting, bending, beveling and welding of prefabricated plates followed by testing and control of welded seams.

Hot rolled plate used: thickness from 50 to 150 mm.
