Production

MSG is a steel service center and MASESTA’s main production area. Location: Kamushovaya Bay, Sevastopol, Ukraine

The center consists from highly efficient production with territory 5 Ha and own berthing area for shipment of finished products — 4 Ha.

MSG is equipped with the most up-to-date machinery from the leading European producers.

Production facilities of the center have following steel treating capacity:

• Shot blasting and priming — 250 000 tons/year;
• Gas and plasma cutting — 200 000 tons/year;
• Beveling (welding preparation) — 800 000 linear metres/year;
• Plate bending — 60 000 tons/year.

Characteristics of treaded rolled metal:

Maximum plate width — 3 200 mm;
Maximum plate length — 16 000 mm;
Maximum plate thickness — 8–300 mm;
Maximum profile height — 400 mm (HEB 1000);
Maximum plate/profile weight — 16 tonns.
